Double-sided and reversible Cádiz CF keychain.
The design uses 6 colors applied exclusively on the first layer to speed up the printing process and minimize color changes. The keychain is made from two identical-looking halves that are assembled back-to-back, so the Cádiz CF crest is visible from both sides. The two halves fit together with a simple male/female connector, requiring only a small drop of super glue.
Important Note for ACE PRO2 Users: To print all 6 colors automatically, 2 ACE PRO2 units are required. If you only have 1 ACE PRO2 (4 slots), you have two options:
- Map Yellow to Gold and Black to Red in your slicer to print a simplified 4-color version.
- Add manual pauses during the first layer to swap the extra spools.
Print Settings:
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Line Width: 0.35 mm
• Walls: 2
• Layers: 3 Bottom / 3 Top
• Infill: 15% Gyroid
• Color order: The color sequence is the one shown in the photo. It is important to follow it for the best finish, as the black lines are very thin in some details and would be lost otherwise. (6 GOLD)
• Orientation: Print face down
Filament:
• Red: Smartfill Recycled PLA
• White: Smartfill Recycled PLA
• Gold: Anycubic Silk Gold
• Dark Blue: Smartfill Recycled PLA
• Black: Smartfill Recycled PLA
• Yellow: Smartfill Recycled PLA
Assembly:
The two halves fit together using a simple male/female connection. Apply a small drop of super glue to join them securely.
Once assembled, the keychain is fully reversible, with the Cádiz CF crest visible on both sides.
