This Privacy Policy applies to certain information, as defined below, that ANYCUBIC Technology Co., Ltd, and HONGKONG Anycubic Technology CO.,Ltd, including their subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Anycubic", "Makeronline", "us", or "our")collects through our websites, products, service,and applications (the "Services").

Your privacy is important to us. Please read this privacy policy to learn about the information that Anycubic and Makeronline collects from you and how Anycubic uses that information before using our services.

By using the services you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your information as described in this privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of this privacy policy, then please do not use the services.

Please be aware that all associated services and systems may be housed on servers in the United States. if you are located outside of the United States, information we collect (including cookies) are processed and stored in the United States, which may not offer the same level of privacy protection as the country where you reside or are a citizen. by using the services and providing information to us, you consent to the transfer to and processing of the information in the United States.

1. What information do we collect?

1.1 Information Provided by Users

1.1.1 Your Account information: You provide your email, or log in for a third-party account (like Facebook,google,Apple,Amazon), to create an online or application account (“Account”) or subscribe to our communications. If you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use the Services properly. When creating your Account, you may be asked to enter certain information, such as: your name, avatar, age, gender, address, telephone number and email address.

1.1.2 Payment information: Third-Party Payment Processor: We use a third-party payment processor (currently Paypal) to assist in securely processing your personally identifiable payment information. When you place an order through the Services, the credit card information that you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to Paypal. We do not store your credit card information and do not control and are not responsible for Paypal or its collection or use of your information. But we may collect your Paypal email account to check the remittance. You may find out more about how Paypal stores and uses your credit card information by accessing Paypal's privacy policy.

1.1.3 Customer Support:When you contact us, you can provide us with information about your use of the Services, including information about the ANYCUBIC electronics, Makeronline content, and/or consumer products (“Product”) that you own and contact details, so that we can provide customer support. For example, you can send an email to Customer Support that contains information about our ANYCUBIC Photon performance, and other issues.

1.2 Product Usage Information

1.2.1 Product monitoring: We collect information about how you set up and use our Products, such as: functions used; operations performed; time, frequency, and duration of your activities within the Services, and any unique identifiers associated with your Product. For example, we collect the time period you connected the Product to the Application and the time of the last connection, as well as what operations you used in the Account, settings, and other functions in our Products.

1.2.2 Services utilization: We collect information that our Products store and report as a part of the Services.

1.2.3 Images and biometric information:If you choose to enable imaging and biometric features in our Products. we will collect and process certain information collected from our Products, such as face images and underlying face prints. This information enables your Product to recognize familiar faces and to notify you of familiar and unknown people. These features may also allow you to utilize the Services to create and save video or photographic images of individuals. Depending on where you live and how you configure the Products and Services, you may need to get explicit consent before using our Products to create and save video or photographic images and/or scan and match the faces of people.

1.3 Device and Other Automatically Collected Information

1.3.1 Device properties and operations: We collect certain information from and about your smartphone, tablet, or personal computer (“Device”), such as: Device number, model, hardware and software version, signal intensity, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and other information. We also collect information about the operations you perform on the Device, such as time, frequency, and duration of use.

1.3.2 Device signals: We collect information that your Device sends out or receives to tailor the Services to our users in different regions, such as: Geo-location, IP addresses, and external hardware information from your Device about surrounding Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers. You can enable and disable communicating such information to us by adjusting your Device security and privacy settings.

1.3.3 Server logs: A server log is a list of the activities that a server performs. ANYCUBIC'S or Makeronline's servers automatically collect and store in server logs certain information, such as: your search queries, IP addresses, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, referral URL, and certain cookies that identify your browser or Account.

1.3.4 Web beacons: A web beacon (also called a pixel tag or clear GIF) is computer code that communicates information from your Device to a server. Some of ANYCUBIC or Makeronline's Services and communications may contain embedded web beacons that allow a server to read certain types of information from your Device, such as: the number of people who have viewed certain content, when you opened an email message, and your Device IP address. Web beacons help ANYCUBIC'S or Makeronline's develop statistical information to provide better and more personalized content.

1.3.5 Cookies: Cookies are small text files that are sent to or accessed from your web browser or your computer's hard drive. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain (internet location) from which the cookie originated, the “lifetime” of the cookie (i.e., when it expires) and a randomly generated unique number or similar identifier. A cookie also may contain information about Device, such as: user settings, browsing history, and activities conducted while using the Services.

1.4 Use the printer online

1.4.1 Binding the printer: Obtaining a list of the system's available WiFi hotspots is necessary to connect the application and the printing device to the network. According to the Android and Apple system permissions, the location permission of the corresponding phone must be applied for, mainly to obtain the WLAN name. Please rest assured that this information is used locally on the device for the sole purpose of connecting to the network and will not be uploaded to any cloud server. On the Anycubic network configuration page, to quickly discover the devices around you, we will intermittently and automatically scan the WiFi list near your phone based on the cellphone operating system. To provide you with better network configuration services and promptly identify any problems you encounter during the network configuration process, we will collect your device's MAC address, network configuration method, network status, and any abnormal information during the network configuration process. The Anycubic server will process this information after the upload.

1.4.2 Remote printing service: When you use the remote printing feature, we also collect necessary information about your printer's operational processes to provide better intelligent services and improve the quality of services, such as the printer model, status, settings, features, performance, log files/log information, usage frequency, error reports, and memory status when the system or application crashes.

1.4.3 Printer camera function: When you use the related functions through our device's built-in or attached camera, we will also collect images or videos from the internal camera of the printer and third-party cameras connected to it (collectively referred to as "printer camera information"). To avoid confusion, unless you actively enable the camera AI detection function or voluntarily provide us with printer camera information, we only provide transmission store any copies of camera images or videos in strict accordance with laws and regulations and the agreement with you, and we will not use them for any other purpose or share them with any third party without your consent.

1.5 3D Model Files

This may include your 3D model files (such as 3D mesh or CAD files), model descriptions, images, documentation, licenses, print settings, and other related information. We will process these files only when you use the 3D model community services provided by Makeronline.

2. Our Services use the following cookies:

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the operation of the Services. Without them, for example, you would not be able to use your Account.

2.2 Analytical/performance cookies,which allow ANYCUBIC or Makeronline to recognize and count the number of visitors, learn how visitors navigate the Services, and improve the Services.

2.3 Functionality cookies,which ANYCUBIC or Makeronline uses to recognize you when you return to the Services. To learn more about cookies and web beacons, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.

3. Do Not Track Disclosure

Unless legally required, we do not commit to honoring "Do Not Track" signals in your browser because honoring it would prevent much of the tracking and disclosures described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Information

We collect and use information obtained from Facebook, Google, Amazon, and other accounts you use to login to the Services (“Third-Party Accounts”), such as: your name, your user name or handle, birth date, picture, and other details you may have on your Third-Party Account profile. We do not have access to your Third-Party Account passwords.

5. Children's and Minor's Privacy

About the protection of juveniles' personal information. The company attaches great importance to the protection of juveniles' personal information. If you are a juvenile under the age of 16 (according to the legal requirements of EU member states, the minimum age must not be less than 13 years old), you must obtain written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using this product and service. This product and service will protect the personal information of juveniles in accordance with the relevant EU laws and regulations.

6. Can you withdraw your consent to our collection and/or use of information?

6.2 Marketing Preferences

Depending on the extent of your withdrawal, the functionality of your Account, Products, and Services may be affected, including loss of access to your Account, Products, and/or Services.

You may delete your account through your account settings. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate purposes such as resolving disputes.

8.8 Our service

We operate and provide services, including providing customer support and improving, repairing, and customizing the Services. We use your information to understand how people use and to evaluate and improve the Services. Furthermore, we use your information to research, develop, and test new services, Products, and features, as well as perform troubleshooting activities. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us. We use cookies to operate, provide, improve, understand, and customize the Services.

8.9 Security and privacy

We use your information to verify Account details and activity. We also use your information to promote the security and privacy of the Services, such as investigating suspicious activities or violations of our terms.

8.10 Advertising and business information

We may show advertisements to you and others for our Products and third-party products based on the information we have collected from you, such as: what you have installed, accessed, used, and purchased.

8.11 Accessing Third-Party Accounts

We use your information, including Third-Party Account information, to permit your Products and the Services to access Third-Party Accounts. These Third-Party Accounts may allow you to share personal information through our Services, such as Facebook posts or pictures. Because this kind of information can be public, you should exercise care in what you choose to submit to Third-Party Accounts. Please adjust your Third-Party Account privacy settings appropriately.

We may provide you more diversified services from time to time by updating website pages, app version, or device firmware, or other means. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied personally identifiable payment information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers. All the information will be anonymized before processing and storing. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that "perfect security measures" do not exist on information networks.

11. How can you manage information about you, including your Account?

We provide you with the ability to review, manage, or delete your information.

11.1 Changing your email, nickname, and more: You can review and change your Account profile information by logging in to your Account and visiting your Account settings page.

11.2 Unsubscribe: If at any time you would like to manage your communications settings, such as unsubscribe from receiving emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. You may also unsubscribe by logging in to your Account and visiting your Account settings page.

11.3 Deleting your Account: If you want to delete your Account, you may do so on your Account settings page. Deleting your Account will remove the personally identifiable information associated with your Account.

12. How long will the data be stored?

Unless otherwise permitted or required by the relevant laws and regulations, we will retain your information only for the necessary period to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, or until you delete your Account as described above, depending on which comes first.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include links to third-party websites on our Services. These third-party websites have separate and independent privacy policies. ANYCUBIC and Makeronline may revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be effective immediately when we publish them, as dated above, and apply to the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services after the time the changes are posted will indicate your acceptance of those revised changes, so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

15. Global operation and information transfer

To support our global operations, we may share your information with members of our group of companies and other third parties outside of your country of residence, as described in Section 9 “How do we share your information?”. We are committed to processing, storing, transferring information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and strive to protect your information with appropriate security measures.
