Personalize your vehicle with the Ultimate Customizable License Plate Generator!

This OpenSCAD (.scad) model lets you easily design and 3D print custom decorative license plates, keychains, and display signs. Full control over text, fonts, country codes, and regional numbers. New features include customizable colors for text versus the border, and an optional keyring hole for personalized tags.

Key Features:

• Fully Customizable Text: Change the main text to any phrase or name (e.g., "MAKERWORLD 3D", "GHOST RIDER", or your handle).
• Keychain Hole Option: Optionally add a standard-sized keyring hole (4mm) to create personalized tags.
• Color Customization: Set custom colors for text versus the border (perfect for ACE and multi-material printing).
• Adjustable Layout: Change country letters, department numbers, optional EU stars, and regional band toggle.
• Small Bed Printing: Split the plate into 2 or 3 pieces with a built-in puzzle connector for small printers.

How to Use:

1. Go my model on Makerworld and Click on “Customize”
2. Use the Customizer panel to adjust all parameters (Text, Fonts, Country, Border, Right Band, Keychain Hole, Colors, Puzzle export)
3. Click “Generate”
4. Export as an 3mf/STL file for printing.
5. Change colors in the "Color Preset" or "Preview Color" section to create different plate designs (e.g., yellow, black, bordeaux, etc.).

Printing Tips:

• This model is designed for multi-material printing (e.g., with Bambu Lab AMS). For the best results, use standard PLA with classic color swaps (e.g., blue for side bands, white background, black border and text).
• If printing in parts, use the puzzle configuration for easy alignment. The default spacing parameters are optimized, but adjustable for tolerance.

Important Note: These plates are for decorative use only. They are not homologated for road use and cannot legally replace official license plates.
