The Double Spiral Windmill - Self adjusting wind turbine

This is the next customizable windmill design. Two confusing double spiral propellers, which rotating in opposite directions.

I colored the bottom & top layers with another color to get the nice spiral effect visible.

Great eye catcher in the garden or elsewhere in the city.

• You can add 2 Propellers on one Axle with 2 distances
• 2 Propeller sizes are provided in the print profile, each which left & right spinning direction
• Choose your propeller sizes and directions (You get nice effects if you choose different directions)
• Rods are stack able to your needed height

Printing:

Added a Orca Profile with works really good.

The rod could be a bit difficult to print, i added custom support, but clean your buildplate and apply some glue.

Profile is tested with PETG & PLA 👍🏼 Prefer PETG for Axle and Rod.

Keep in mind on hot days direct sunlight can deform PLA.

Info:

This time the Axle is a bit shorter to add only 2 propeller with 10mm and 2 distances with 5mm each.
